The development of Internet information technology has gradually led the economic society to the era of big data. How to reform the e-commerce service model in the era of big data has become a key issue in the economic field. This article gives a brief overview of the development of e-commerce operation concepts and management model innovation under the background of big data era, and further explores the e-commerce service model innovation method based on the era of big data, aiming to provide some people who pay attention to this field.
