目的探究生命认知对医学生心理危机预防性干预教育的效果。方法采用BECH-h、ASLEC、SSRS、TCSQ、EPQ及生命认知调查问卷对368名有不同心理与行为问题的医学生进行生命认知教育前、后对比观察。结果教育后心理健康水平、无望感程度、应激总分、社会支持总分、积极应对和神经质、精神质、掩饰性三维度得分与教育前比较,差异均有统计学显著性(P<0.001)。结论生命认知教育能提高研究组医学生的心理健康水平、增强社会支持的网络体系和积极应对能力,消除或降低无望感的程度,有助心理由“危险”转化为“机遇”。
Objective To explore the effect of life cognition on preventive intervention education for psychological crisis of medical students. Methods A total of 368 medical students with different psychological and behavioral problems were studied with BECH-h, ASLEC, SSRS, TCSQ, EPQ and life-cognitive questionnaire before and after their life education. Results There were significant differences in mental health level, hopelessness level, total stress score, social support total score, active coping and neuroticism, psychic quality and disguise three-dimensional scores after education compared with those before education (P <0.001 ). Conclusions Life awareness education can improve the mental health of medical students, enhance the network system of social support and actively respond to the situation, eliminate or reduce the extent of hopelessness, and help to change psychology from “danger ” to “opportunity ”.
