1.前言近年来,陶瓷的优越特性引人注目,正在进行实用性的开发。陶瓷可分为功能性陶瓷和结构陶瓷。功能性陶瓷即氧化物系的陶瓷,早在70年代随着汽车排放法规的强化,已经用于各种传感器中。结构陶瓷过去只用作绝缘子,而到了80年代,已用它制造部分发动机的零部件。70年代的两次石油危机,要求改善内燃机的热效率。70年代末,R.Kamo 发表了借助绝热发动机改善热效率的论文,结构陶瓷开始引人注目,此后进一步开展了利用它的研究。本文介绍目前盛行的表面喷涂工艺,包含复合体的结构陶瓷的开发。
1. Introduction In recent years, the superior characteristics of ceramics attract the attention of the practical development. Ceramics can be divided into functional ceramics and structural ceramics. Functional ceramics, oxide-based ceramics, have been used in a variety of sensors as early as the 1970s as vehicle emission regulations were strengthened. Structural ceramics used to be insulators only, and by the 1980s parts of the engine had been made. Two oil crises in the 1970s demanded to improve the thermal efficiency of internal combustion engines. In the late 1970s, R. Kamo published a paper on improving thermal efficiency with adiabatic engines. Structural ceramics began to attract attention. Further research into its use was made thereafter. This article describes the current prevailing surface coating process, the development of structural ceramics containing composites.
