我厂承接加工的滚轮(如图),用45钢制成,要求外圆耐磨,并要有一定韧性,淬火后要求硬度HRC 50~55。但经常规工艺淬火后,小孔部位严重开裂,造成成批报废。试用各种冷却介质,效果甚微。后改为亚温淬火工艺,解决了小孔的开裂问题。我们作了不同温度加热于5%食盐水中冷却,看开裂和硬度情况的试验,结果见表1。根据试验结果可以看出:在两相区加热淬火,可以达到零件所要求的硬度,并且无裂纹产生,为此确定淬火温度为755℃,保温15分钟。亚温淬火的回火
