目的:研究无梗五加[Acanthopanax sessiliflorus(Ruqr.et Maxim)Seem.]果实的化学成分。方法:采用溶剂提取法、溶剂萃取法、硅胶柱层析法、凝胶柱层析法、重结晶法对无梗五加果实中的化合物进行分离纯化;根据光谱数据和理化性质确定化合物结构。结果:分离并鉴定了6个化合物,分别为:chiisanogenin(1),东莨菪内酯(2),胡萝卜苷棕榈酸酯(3),东莨菪苷(4),丁二酸(5),卫矛醇(6)。结论:化合物3、5、6为首次从无梗五加果实中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus (Ruqr.et Maxim) Seem.] Fruit. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by solvent extraction, solvent extraction, silica gel column chromatography, gel column chromatography and recrystallization. The structures of compounds were determined by spectral data and physical and chemical properties. Results: Six compounds were isolated and identified as chiisanogenin (1), scopoletin (2), daucosterhol palmitate (3), scopolamine (4), succinic acid Spear alcohol (6). Conclusion: Compounds 3, 5 and 6 were isolated from the fruit of Sessica pentaphylla for the first time.
