目的测定人血浆中的联苯丁酮酸。方法采用Kromail C18柱,以甲醇-0.02 mol.L-1KH2PO4-乙腈(70:25:5)(用磷酸调pH3)为流动相,流速1.0 ml.min-1,检测波长285 nm。结果联苯丁酮酸的线性范围为16.0~0.16 mg.L-1,最低定量限为0.16 mg.L-1,回归方程为:Y=5.287×104X?2.083×102(r=0.9993);提取回收率为98.32%~103.47%,日内及日间精密度(n=6)分别为2.91%~3.86%和2.96%~4.79%。结论所建方法简便、快速、准确,适用于联苯丁酮酸的临床研究。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the concentration of bietigonic acid in human plasma. Methods Kromail C18 column was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.02 mol·L-1 KH2PO4-acetonitrile (70:25:5) (adjusted to pH3 with phosphoric acid) and the flow rate was 1.0 ml.min-1. The detection wavelength was 285 nm. Results The linear range of Buprofezate was 16.0-0.16 mg.L-1, with the lowest limit of quantification being 0.16 mg.L-1. The regression equation was: Y = 5.287 × 104 × 2.083 × 102 (r = 0.9993) The recoveries ranged from 98.32% to 103.47%. The intra- and inter-day precision (n = 6) were 2.91% -3.86% and 2.96% -4.79%, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate and is suitable for the clinical study of.
