采用粉末冶金法制备ZrO2弥散强化Pt测温材料,研究了强化型Pt材料和普通型的性能比较,加工率与抗拉强度关系;并与标准PtRh10配对PtRh10-Pt热电偶测试其热电性能。结果表明:弥散强化Pt致密度>99.8%,其抗拉强度明显高于纯Pt抗拉强度。强化型Pt的电组比以及与S型配对电势相比GB/T1598-2010标准值,S型配对电势满足Ⅰ级精度。
The ZrO2 dispersion strengthened Pt temperature-measuring material was prepared by powder metallurgy method. The relationship between the properties of the strengthened Pt material and the ordinary type, the processing rate and the tensile strength were studied. The thermoelectric properties of the PtRh10-Pt thermocouple were also tested with the standard PtRh10. The results show that the density of dispersive Pt is> 99.8%, and its tensile strength is obviously higher than pure Pt. Enhanced Pt electromotive ratio and compared with the S-type pairing potential GB / T1598-2010 standard value, S-type pairing potential to meet grade Ⅰ accuracy.
