用营养液培养的方法对供硼与不供硼(缺硼)条件下豌豆植株的生长及侧芽发育状况进行了研究。结果表明,缺硼明显抑制豌豆植株生长,根系受抑先于地上部。缺硼10天后可见侧芽长出,顶端优势不明显。用间接酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定了内源生长素(IAA)的细胞分裂素(Z/ZR)水平的动态变化,发现缺硼植株顶芽中IAA水平高于对照,顶芽的可扩散IAA水平低于对照,节中IAA水平降低;缺硼初期(3~6天),根系和节中Z/ZR水平均高于正常供硼植株。认为缺硼豌豆植株节中的低IAA水平和高Z/ZR水平是诱导侧芽发育的一个重要因素
The nutrient solution culture method was used to study the growth and the development of lateral buds of pea plants under boron deficiency and boron deficiency.
