随着上海改革开放的不断深入、经济社会的快速发展,作为社会第三部门的民间组织也得到迅速发展。近年来,上海各级党组织着手在民间组织积极开展建立党组织工作,扩大党的工作覆盖面,取得了初步成效。在现有的基础上,如何增强民间组织党建工作的有效性,则是当前亟待解决的突出问题之一。 With the deepening of Shanghai’s reform and opening up and the rapid economic and social development, the non-governmental organizations that are the third sector of the society have also been rapidly developed. In recent years, Party organizations at all levels in Shanghai have taken the initiative to actively carry out the work of establishing non-governmental organizations in party organizations and expanding the coverage of the work of the party and have achieved initial success.
