大频偏调频信号广泛应用于大容量微波中继通信、卫星通信、网络频率特性测量等。目前产生大频偏调频信号的方法一般有超突变结变容二极管调频法和可控恒流源对张弛振荡器直接调频法两种。笔者则认为,负载受控张弛振荡器直接调频法,即张弛振荡器的负载受控于调制信号,使该振荡器输出大频偏调频信号的方法,在电路实现上比较简单可靠。
Large frequency offset frequency signal is widely used in high-capacity microwave relay communications, satellite communications, network frequency characteristics measurement. At present, the method of generating a large frequency offset frequency modulation signal generally has a hyper-abrupt junction varactor diode frequency modulation method and a controllable constant current source and a relaxation oscillator direct frequency modulation method. The author believes that the load controlled relaxation oscillator direct frequency modulation method, that is, the relaxation oscillator controlled by the load modulation signal, the oscillator output frequency offset frequency modulation method, the circuit is relatively simple and reliable.
