本文是对“曲柄连杆机构连杆曲线图谱绘制的建议”一文的扩充和引伸。通过对平面四杆机构连杆曲线图谱绘制方法的检验,我们发现:在绘制所有Grashof四杆机构连杆曲线时,只需将每一相似四杆机构族包括在内,那么连杆点只要在以连杆两铰链点为圆心,以连杆长为半径所作的两个连杆圆相交所得面积的一半(左半或右半)这个边界区域内选取便足够了。对于非Grashof四杆机构,则连杆点又只要在该面积的四分之一这个边界区域内选取。这是运用Robert族机构论所得到的进一步的结果。同时,也得到了绘制曲柄连杆机构连杆曲线图谱的另一种方法。
This article is an extension and extension of the article “Suggestion on Curve Drawing of Connecting Rod of Crank and Connecting Rod Mechanism”. By examining the curve drawing method of the planar four-bar linkages, we found that when drawing all the Grashof four-bar link curves, we only need to include each family of similar four-bar linkages. It takes more than half of the area (left half or right half) of the intersection of the two connecting rod circles made from the connecting rod length to the radius of the connecting rod with the two hinges as the center of circle. For non-Grashof four-bar mechanisms, the link points are again selected within the one quarter of the area. This is a further result of the Robert family theory. In the meantime, another method of plotting the connecting rod curve of the crank-rod mechanism has also been obtained.
