每一个社会人都属于劳动者,其所具有的合法权益始终受到法律保护。然而就我国目前的劳动就业情况来看,国内部分劳动者的合法权益被受到严重侵害,直接影响来法律保护体制的协调性与作用性。面对劳动者所面临的权益被侵害问题,我们有义务呼吁法律保护,切实维护好社会劳动者的合法权益。本文从劳动者合法权益的保护意义入手,就劳动者合法权益保护的基本内容作浅要论述,并在此基础上提出几点关于维护劳动者合法权益的可行性建议,以供参考。
