针对具有不确定性、大纯滞后的催化裂化反应再生装置原料预热温度控制,提出了一种模糊PID-神经元控制方法。从介绍催化裂化反应再生装置原料预热被控对象的建模、神经元非模型控制和公式化的模糊控制方法入手,建立了模糊PID-神经元控制系统,设计了模糊神经元混合控制器,并使用神经元来在线调整模糊PID控制器的模糊规则。仿真实验结果表明所提出的模糊PID-神经元控制方法具有强鲁棒性,能有效控制具有大纯滞后和不确定性的对象。
Aiming at the temperature control of preheating temperature of catalytic cracking reactor with uncertainties and large dead time, a fuzzy PID-neuron control method is proposed. Starting from introducing the modeling of pre-heating controlled objects, the non-model control of neurons and the formulation of fuzzy control methods, the fuzzy PID-neuron control system is established, and the fuzzy neuron hybrid controller is designed. Using neurons to adjust the fuzzy rules of fuzzy PID controller online. The simulation results show that the proposed fuzzy PID-neuron control method is robust and can effectively control the objects with large hysteresis and uncertainty.
