“减负”的关键在于教师素质的提高,学生的课业负担过重,由来以久,主要表现在校外,根源在校内、在课堂。学校的考试内容和方法、教师的教学观念,特别是教师对大纲、教材的理解与把握程度、教学方法、语言力度,在某种意义上讲,决定了学生课业负担的轻与重。事实上,高素质的教师,没有一个不是靠提高课堂教学效率来提高自己的教学质量的。那种靠增加教学时间或加大课业量来对学生“前途”负责的做法,不仅没有为学生主动发展提供所需的时间和空间;还抑制了学生创造思维的形成与发展。而课堂教学效率又恰恰依赖于教师素质的高与低。因此,提高教师的素质是“减负”的关键。那么,如何提高教师的素质呢?依笔者拙见,可从以下几
