目的防止院前急救过程中医患纠纷的发生。方法通过加强院前急救全过程的控制,进行细节的管理,对出诊人员进行岗前和岗上急救知识和急救技术训练,强化制度职责的贯彻落实,加强出诊人员工作责任心,进行法律法规知识培训,并对医患纠纷隐患进行分析。结果出诊人员纠纷防范意识得以提高,院前急救得以规范安全有序开展。结论强化过程细节有效管理,杜绝医患纠纷发生,建立院前急救绿色生命通道,提高抢救成功率。
Objective To prevent the occurrence of disputes over TCM patients in pre-hospital emergency procedures. Methods By strengthening the control of the pre-hospital first aid process, detailed management, pre- and post-first aid knowledge and first aid technical training for the attending staff, strengthening the implementation of system responsibilities, strengthening the responsibility of the working staff, and implementing legal and regulatory knowledge Training and analysis of potential medical disputes.
