细胞的生物学行为受外源信号控制,信号传递过程的偏差引起各类疾病,因而阻断特定细胞内信号传递途径可治疗某些疾病。细胞内信号传递经由一系列蛋白质一蛋白质相互作用实现。本文以生长因子为例详尽阐述了这种蛋白质一蛋白质相互作用的结构特征,及以此结构为基础,开发治疗性药物的合理性、可行性及存在的某些问题。这种治疗性药物随着各项技术的发展,将对人类疾病产生相当影响。
The biological behavior of cells is controlled by exogenous signals. Deviations in the process of signal transmission cause various diseases, thus blocking certain intracellular signaling pathways to treat certain diseases. Intracellular signaling is achieved via a series of protein-protein interactions. Taking the growth factor as an example, this paper elaborates on the structural characteristics of this protein-protein interaction and the rationality, feasibility and problems of the development of the therapeutic drug based on this structure. With the development of various technologies, this therapeutic drug will have a considerable impact on human diseases.
