目的 观察日本血吸虫病流行区人群血吸虫抗原特异性 IL - 4和 IL - 5的应答特征。方法 选择江西省鄱阳湖中南山岛上 3个毗邻的自然村作为观察试区 ,根据粪检结果对 14~ 41岁人群按年龄组随机抽样 ,选取粪检结果阴性的 6 5人、粪检阳性的 6 4人为研究对象。采用全血培养法 ,检测培养上清中血吸虫抗原特异性 IL - 4和 IL - 5水平 ,并检测血清中特异性Ig E抗体水平。结果 无感染组的 IL - 4和 IL - 5水平显著高于感染组 ;IL - 4和 IL - 5之间呈显著正相关 ,可溶性成虫抗原( SWAP)特异性 Ig E与 IL - 4和 IL - 5呈显著正相关。结论 IL - 4和 IL - 5水平可能与获得性免疫力相关
Objective To observe the response of schistosoma japonicum antigen - specific IL - 4 and IL - 5 in schistosomiasis japonica endemic areas. Methods Three adjacent villages in Poyang Lake, Poyang Lake, Jiangxi Province were chosen as observation area. According to the result of stool test, 14 to 41-year-old population were randomly selected according to age group. Sixty-five fecal negative specimens were selected. 6 4 people for the study. The whole blood culture method was used to detect the levels of IL - 4 and IL - 5 in the supernatant of schistosoma japonicum, and the level of serum IgE was detected. Results The levels of IL - 4 and IL - 5 in the non - infected group were significantly higher than those in the infected group. The levels of IL - 4 and IL - 5 were positively correlated. The specific IgE of soluble adult worm antigen (SWAP) 5 was significantly positive correlation. Conclusion The levels of IL - 4 and IL - 5 may be related to acquired immunity
