目的:对人工培养的桑黄多糖的三组分(Plps-1,Plps-2和Plps-3)开展免疫活性实验。方法:利用中性红吞噬实验测定桑黄多糖对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响,用生物活性法测定巨噬细胞产生NO,MTT测定脾细胞和胸腺细胞的的活性。结果:Plps-1能刺激巨噬细胞吞噬中性红;Plps-1,Plps-2和Plps-3均能提高巨噬细胞产生NO的能力;3种桑黄多糖都能极其显著地增强脾细胞的活力,Plps-1和Plps-2同时还能极其显著地增强胸腺细胞的活力。结论:桑黄多糖能够提高机体的免疫能力。
OBJECTIVE: To study the immunocompetent activity of three components (Plps-1, Plps-2 and Plps-3) cultured in vitro. Methods: The neutral phagocytosis assay was used to determine the effect of polysaccharides from Phellinus igniarius on the phagocytosis of murine peritoneal macrophages. The activity of macrophages to produce NO was determined by bioactivity assay. The activity of spleen cells and thymocytes was measured by MTT assay. Results: Plps-1 stimulated macrophage phagocytosis of neutral red; Plps-1, Plps-2 and Plps-3 increased the ability of macrophages to produce NO; all three polysaccharides of Porphyra could significantly enhance spleen cells Plps-1 and Plps-2 also significantly enhanced thymocyte viability at the same time. Conclusion: Phellinus igniarius can improve the body’s immune capacity.
