一、概况 中华人民共和国ＳＰＳ国家咨询点（以下简称中国ＳＰＳ国家咨询点）设在中华人民共和国出入境检验检疫局国际检验检疫标准与法规研究中心（以下简称标准法规中心）。中国ＳＰＳ国家咨询点负责解答ＷＴＯ各成员提出的有关中国ＳＰＳ方面的问题，并应要求提供相关文件；
I. Overview The SPS National Enquiry Point of the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as China SPS National Enquiry Point) is located at the International Inspection and Quarantine Standards and Regulations Research Center of the People’s Republic of China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau (hereinafter referred to as the Standards and Regulations Center). The China SPS National Enquiry Point is responsible for answering the questions raised by WTO members regarding China’s SPS and providing relevant documents upon request;
