目的:测定不同生境条件下,黄芩根、茎和叶中黄芩苷的含量。方法:采用HPLC,Kromasil ODS柱(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(53:47)为流动相,检测波长280 nm,线性范围0.124~0.93μg,r=0.999 9,平均回收率98.17%,RSD1.3%(n=6)。结果:不同生境下黄芩根的黄芩苷平均含量分别为6.79%,6.01%,5.49%,3.50%,4.38%、茎的黄芩苷平均含量分别为0.10%,0.08%,0.09%,0.06%,0.03%;叶的黄芩苷平均含量分别为0.27%,0.26%,0.15%,0.14%,0.09%。结论:本方法简便快速,稳定可靠,重现性好。相同产地不同生境中的黄芩及黄芩不同器官的黄芩苷含量间存在显著差异。
Objective: To determine the content of baicalin in root, stem and leaf of Scutellaria baicalensis in different habitats. METHODS: The mobile phase was methanol-water (53:47) with Kromasil ODS column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The detection wavelength was 280 nm and the linear range was 0.124 ~ 0.93 μg with r = 0.999 9. The average recoveries 98.17%, RSD 1.3% (n = 6). Results: The average content of baicalin in Scutellariae Radix was 6.79%, 6.01%, 5.49%, 3.50%, 4.38% under different habitats, and the average contents of baicalin in stems were 0.10%, 0.08%, 0.09%, 0.06%, 0.03 %. The average contents of baicalin in leaves were 0.27%, 0.26%, 0.15%, 0.14% and 0.09%, respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple and rapid, stable and reliable, good reproducibility. Scutellaria baicalensis in different habitats in the same habitat and baicalin content in different organs of Scutellaria there are significant differences.
