认真抓好决策目标,执行责任、考核监督“三个体系”的落实,是提高基层院规范化建设水平的关节点,而执行责任是三个体系中的“牛鼻子”。近年来,我院在规范化建设过程中,紧紧抓住落实责任这个支点,大力倡导落实“执行无借口”的理念,运用到执法办案、队伍建设、日常管理的全过程,用这一理念指导实践,约束干警言行,促进制度落实,促进机制创新,促进工作发展,既培养了“公正履责,监督有为,创新求胜,规范发展”的团队精神,又全面扎实推进了“三个体系”建设,检察工作整体发展水平提高了一个新层次。结合近几年来的工作实践,谈点粗浅的认识。
