目的探讨建立学校安全管理水平的评价指标体系,为促进学校安全管理水平的提高提供依据。方法根据人-机-环境系统理论和《中小学幼儿园安全管理办法》,构建学校安全管理水平的评价指标体系。结果初步构建了包括1项一级指标、5项二级指标和18项三级指标的学校安全管理水平的评价指标体系,其中二级指标包括事故指标、人员安全评价指标、设备安全评价指标、环境安全评价指标和安全管理评价指标。结论需要进一步完善和整理出一整套可量化的学校安全管理水平评价指标体系。
Objective To explore the establishment of the evaluation index system of school safety management level to provide the basis for promoting the improvement of school safety management level. Methods According to the theory of man-machine-environment system and the “Administrative Measures of Primary and Secondary School Kindergartens”, the evaluation index system of school safety management level was constructed. Results The evaluation index system of school safety management level including 1 first level indicator, 5 second level indicators and 18 third level indicators was initially constructed. The second level indicators include accident indicators, personnel safety evaluation indicators, equipment safety evaluation indicators, Environmental safety evaluation index and safety management evaluation index. Conclusion It is necessary to further improve and sort out a set of measurable school safety management level evaluation index system.
