用对植物钙调素具有专一性的小麦钙调素抗体建立了定量植物钙调素的酶联免疫吸附测定法。该方法的线性测定范围为2至1400ng;批内与批间变异系数分别为7.9和10.6。用此方法对玉米种胚的测定结果表明,钙调素含量随着萌发时间延长而增加。赤霉素在促进玉米种子萌发的同时,种胚中的钙调素含量也提高;脱落酸抑制玉米种子萌发,同时种胚中的钙调素含量也降低。这些结果说明钙调素可能在种子萌发过程中具有重要作用。
An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantification of calmodulin in plants has been established using wheat calmodulin antibodies specific for plant calmodulin. The linear range of this method was 2 to 1400 ng; the coefficients of variation between in-batches and batches were 7.9 and 10.6, respectively. The results of the determination of corn embryo using this method showed that the content of calmodulin increased with the prolongation of germination time. Gibberellin can promote the germination of maize seeds at the same time, the embryo calmodulin content also increased; abscisic acid inhibited the germination of maize seeds, while the embryo in the calmodulin content also decreased. These results suggest that calmodulin may play an important role in seed germination.
