目的对丹江库区不同环境鼠种群携带寄生虫情况进行调查研究,保障南水北调水源安全。方法采用鼠笼法、鼠夹法捕获鼠类,并带回实验室进行鼠群种类、鼠龄、性别鉴定和体表寄生虫调查。体表寄生虫搜集:将鼠提起尾巴置于清洁白瓷盘上方,由上向下用篦子梳理鼠毛以后搜集盘中的寄生虫进行分类计数。结果本调查共捕获各种鼠355只,有144只鼠体表携带寄生虫,鼠体表寄生虫感染率达40.56%;鼠笼法捕获活鼠寄生虫感染率高于鼠夹法捕获死鼠感染率(χ2=82.86)。结论鼠笼捕获鼠与鼠夹法捕获鼠体表寄生虫感染率不同。丹江库区鼠体表寄生虫携带率较高,存在传播相关病媒生物性疾病的风险。
Objective To investigate the parasite carrying status of different environmental rats in Danjiang reservoir area to ensure the safety of water source in South-to-North Water Diversion Project. Methods The squirrels were captured by the squirrel-cage method and the rat-clamp method. The mice were taken back to the laboratory for the investigation of rat population, age, gender and surface parasites. Surface parasites collection: the mouse lifted the tail of the white porcelain dish above the clean, from top to bottom with a comb grate mouse hair collected after the collection of parasite count. Results A total of 355 rats were captured in this study, 144 of which were parasitized. The infection rate of parasites in the mice was 40.56%. The infection rate of live parasite by squirrel cage was higher than that of the mice Infection rate (χ2 = 82.86). Conclusion There are different infection rates of parasites in trapping mice captured by squirrel-cage and mouse-clamp methods. Danjiang reservoir rat parasite parasites higher carrying rate, there is the risk of transmission related vector bio-disease.
