随着我国高校教育事业的不断发展,其需要与时俱进的更新自身的教育理念,创新教学方法,以全面提高人才的综合能力素养,进而落实素质教育的全面要求。酒店管理学作为多数高校的重点专业之一,为了确保学生能够实现理论与实践相结合,以满足社会对人才的实际需求,需要解决当前工学交替这一实习形式上所存在的问题。本文首先分析了酒店管理学专业工学交替模式下所呈现出的问题,其次为如何有效落实工学交替这一实践形式提出对策,以供参考。
With the continuous development of higher education in China, it needs to update its own educational philosophy and innovate teaching methods so as to improve comprehensive ability and literacy of qualified personnel in an all-round way and fulfill the overall requirements of quality-oriented education. In order to ensure that students can combine theory with practice to meet the actual needs of society for talents, hotel management needs to solve the current problems in the form of internship. This article first analyzes the problems presented in the alternating mode of hotel management science and engineering, and secondly, puts forward the countermeasures for how to effectively implement the alternative form of engineering and learning for reference.
