大力实施出口品牌战略,加快培育自主出口品牌,对增强企业核心竞争力,提高区域开放水平和对外贸易质量具有十分重要的意义。今年6月份,温家宝总理在青岛考察时指出:“企业要在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,就必须创造自已的品牌。品牌就是质量,就是效益,就是竞争力,就是生命力”。根据2003年度统计资料,崂山区有出口企业172家,根据对出口过50万美元的86家企业的调查,有品牌的企业共29家,拥有自主品牌的企业24家,自主出口品牌出口值1亿美元以上的只有海尔一家,1000万美元以上的有青岛中化实业有限公司和青岛扶桑精制加工有限公司两家,100万美元以上的有青岛莱科达微电子有限公司等11家。从企业性质看,有品牌的29家企业中,外资企业24家,占全部企业的14%;内资企业5家,占全部企业的2.9%。
