在溶液中合成了1-苯基-3-甲基-4-苯甲酰基-吡唑啉酮-5(HPMBP)的Co?、Ni?、Cu?、Zn?配合物,对配合物进行了元素分析和红外光谱表征。用X射线衍射方法测定了Zn?配合物的晶体结构,用密度泛函方法对Co?及Zn?配合物进行了量子化学计算,生物活性实验表明四种配合物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有一定的抗菌作用。
The Cu, Ni, Cu, Zn complexes of 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-benzoyl-pyrazolone-5 (HPMBP) were synthesized in solution. Elemental analysis and IR characterization. The crystal structure of Zn (Ⅱ) complex was determined by X-ray diffraction. The quantum chemical calculations of Co and Zn complexes were carried out by density functional theory. The biological activity of the complexes showed that the four complexes were effective against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus Have a certain antibacterial effect.
