水轮机转子在运行中,常出现汽蚀。水电厂通过多次对转轮的修复而认识到,修复质量的好坏,不仅决定了在下一个检修周期内机组能否正常运行,而且影响着转轮在以后若干年乃至十几年的抗汽蚀性能。因此,对转轮汽蚀的修复工作,必须慎重。现将狮子滩电站转轮叶片修复等有关问题作简单介绍,供探讨。该站转轮汽蚀部位主要发生在叶片背水面靠出水边脱流区。我们的处理工艺是首先用电弧气刨刨掉汽蚀区;用优质碳钢焊条堆焊底层;用不锈钢焊条堆焊表层;然后用砂轮打磨抛光。堆焊焊条成份见表1。
