妇产科是一个对实践操作有极高要求的专业性学科,大部分检查及操作无法通过单纯理论教学给学生留下直观的印象,即使在实践中也因缺乏直视下教学的条件,抽象性较强。由于妇产科的服务对象为女性,对隐私保护的要求较高,甚至有部分患者拒绝男性实施相关医疗活动,因此妇产科临床教学存在较多阻碍,如何提高教学质量一直是教学的重点和难点。本文以本校85名学生作为研究对象,分析探讨案例式教学法
