转换层是高层建筑中用来转换建筑结构的建筑的一种特殊楼层,主要用以高层建筑中低层高用与高层住宅间的不同结构布置的转换。其主要特点体现在大截面积钢筋混凝土梁多,楼板厚度较其标准层厚,因此钢筋和混凝土量大,整体重量大。转换层施工中涉及高支模方面的施工技术,高支模的强度、刚度及稳定性三个指标直接影响转换层施工过程的安全和施工完成后的工程质量。转换层高支模在设计研究和搭设过程等各个环节都有严格的技术要求,因此,必须按照相关的技术要点和专项施工方案严格执行,以此来保证施工的质量和安全。文章主要分析了转换层高支模施工技术要点。
