Twenty-one cases of Toxoplasma circulating antigen (CAg) -positive blood and tissue fluid samples were detected by double-antibody ELISA, and etiological control was performed. Twenty-nine cases were detected with Toxoplasma gondii, the coincidence rate was 70.7%. The detection rate of worms in different samples were as follows: amniotic fluid 3/3, milk 1/1, embryo tissue 1/1, cerebrospinal fluid 21/30 and serum 3/6. In addition, 29 cases of suspected central nervous system toxoplasmosis patients, take different levels of immunological indicators of cerebrospinal fluid testing. Results, CAg in the onset of 3d can be measured, the total number of positive for 26 cases; IHA antibody in the onset of 5d appeared positive, the positive number of 4 cases; ELIsA IgM and IgG antibodies gradually positive after 7d, the positive numbers were 5 cases and 1 case. The results confirmed that CAg, as an indicator of early and acute Toxoplasma gondii infection, has important diagnostic significance.
