为扩大乙烯原料来源 ,石油化工科学研究院开发了以重油为原料采用专用催化剂生产乙烯和丙烯的催化热裂解新工艺。在中型装置上考察该工艺专用催化剂的流化、输送性能和水热稳定性 ,反应温度、注水量、反应压力、剂油比等操作参数对乙烯、丙烯等产率影响的中试结果。表明 :以大庆掺减压渣油为原料 ,在反应温度 6 40℃、反应压力 0 .0 7MPa、注水量 5 4.3%的条件下 ,乙烯产率为 2 2 .82 % ,丙烯产率为 15 .96 % ;该工艺原料来源广泛 ,价格低 ;反应温度较低 ,催化剂的流化性能和水热稳定性好 ;为扩大我国乙烯原料来源提供了新的途径。
In order to expand the sources of ethylene raw materials, the Institute of Petrochemical Technology has developed a new catalytic pyrolysis process for producing ethylene and propylene using heavy oil as a raw material and a special catalyst. The pilot plant test was conducted to investigate the influence of operating parameters such as fluidization, transport properties, hydrothermal stability, reaction temperature, water injection volume, reaction pressure, and the ratio of oil to solvent on the yield of ethylene and propylene for medium-sized plants. The results showed that the yield of ethylene was 22.82% and the yield of propylene was 15% at the reaction temperature of 6 40 ℃, reaction pressure of 0.07MPa and water injection amount of 4.3% .96%. The process has wide sources of raw materials, low prices, low reaction temperature, good fluidization property and hydrothermal stability of the catalyst, and provides a new way for expanding the source of ethylene raw materials in China.
