以β′ CuZn相为例分析了轧制应力作用下B2结构金属发生机械孪生的基本过程 ,并从力学和晶体结构的稳定性两个方面论证了B2结构金属的逆向机械孪生行为 .结果表明 ,逆向孪生能保持B2结构不变 ,且在多晶轧制变形条件下的应变阻力最小 .
Taking β ’CuZn phase as an example, the basic process of mechanical twinning of B2 structure metal under rolling stress was analyzed, and the reverse mechanical twins behavior of B2 structure metal was demonstrated from the aspects of mechanical and crystal structure stability. The reverse twin can keep the B2 structure unchanged, and the strain resistance under polycrystalline rolling deformation is the minimum.
