研究了工业磷酸的浓度，促凝剂炼钢碱性渣的加入量及附加物硼酸对铝镁磷酸盐自硬砂性能的影响。确定了铝镁磷酸盐粘结剂及型砂最佳配方，并进行了性能测试和初步生产试验。
The effects of concentration of industrial phosphoric acid, the amount of alkaline slag added in the coagulant steelmaking and the addition of boric acid on the properties of self-hardening sand of Al-Mg phosphate were studied. The optimal formula of aluminum magnesium phosphate binder and sand was determined, and the performance test and preliminary production test were carried out.
