在商品重楼药材中存在两类质地不同的药材(胶质重楼和粉质重楼),历来认为粉质重楼以质量较好而入药居多。通过对胶质重楼及粉质重楼的总皂甙含量测定比较,证明胶质重楼的总皂甙(%)含量较粉质重楼高。本文试图为开发胶质重楼资源,用石灰作辅料,对胶质重楼进行加工炮制及炮制前后的总甙(%)含量测定。结果石灰液炮制的胶质重楼色白、粉性、质硬脆,总皂甙(%)含量仅比未炮制的胶质重楼减少0.1%。结果报告如下。一、材料与仪器
There are two kinds of medicinal materials (colloidal heavy building and silty heavy building) with different textures in the medicinal products of Zhonglou. Historically, it has been considered that silty heavy buildings are of better quality and have more medicines. Through the comparison of the total saponin content in colloidal heavy and silty floors, it was proved that the total saponin content in the colloidal re-building was higher than that in the silty floor. This article attempts to develop the colloidal re-building resources, using lime as an auxiliary material, and determine the content of total sorghum (%) before and after processing and processing the colloidal re-building.
