影响舆论监督效果的因素是多方面的,从传播学的角度看,舆论监督效果的好坏取决于执行舆论监督的新闻工作者能否与受众相协调。达到这种协调,需要新闻工作者付出努力。舆论监督是实现党的监督、群众监督的有效途径,新闻工作者是党和人民群众的“代言人”,是舆论监督工作的具体执行者,真正的监督者是党和人民群众。新闻工作者要强化“代言人”意识,既是“把关人”,又是“代言人”。 舆论监督必须在内容上有所选择。解决舆论监督监督什么的问题,需要认真处理好上与下、一般与个别、现象与本质的关系。 要使舆论监督取得良好的效果,应当处理好人与事、情与理、主观与客观、及时与时机的关系。
