一、系统性红斑狼疮的新课题1.病因学系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是于全身脏器引起病变,并能检出高效价多种自身抗体的自身免疫性疾病。构成SLE病症的基础是基于B细胞功能亢进而产生的自身抗体,而引起B细胞功能亢进的原因,则是B细胞系统的异常,调节免疫的抑制T细胞的异常或通过个体基因型(idiotype)的免疫调节机制的异常等等。很可能这些异常的错综交织的结果,导致了B细胞的功能亢进。
