党的十七届六中全会上提出建设社会主义文化强国的战略目标,地处西部民族地区如何大力推进本地区文化的大发展大繁荣,已成为党和政府所关注的重大课题。本文以云南红河州为例来探讨中国西部地区文化发展繁荣之路,试图提出大力发展文化产业,推动西部民族地区文化大发展大繁荣的路径。 At the 6th Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the strategic objective of building a strong socialist country is put forward. How to vigorously promote the great development and prosperity of the culture in the western minority areas has become a major issue that the party and the government are concerned about. This paper takes Honghe Prefecture of Yunnan Province as an example to explore the way of cultural development and prosperity in western China and tries to put forward the path of vigorously developing cultural industries and promoting the great prosperity and development of the culture in the western minority areas.
