过去“一九五二年上半年以前”,县区和学校行政领导对教师的在职学习没有足够的重视,在领导方法上又缺乏经验,所以,本县小学教师的在职学习,一直开展得不够好。去年下半年我们曾采取了一连串的措施来加强小学教师的在职学习。半年多来,获得了较大的成绩。为了交流经验,特将我们的办法介绍于后,请大家提出意见,以便我们改进。一、健全各级组织,加强思想领导——过去宜
In the past, “before the first half of 1952”, county and district administrative leaders did not pay sufficient attention to the on-the-job training of teachers and lacked experience in leadership methods. Therefore, the on-the-job training of primary school teachers in this county has not been carried out enough it is good. In the second half of last year, we took a series of measures to enhance the on-the-job training of primary school teachers. More than six months, get a bigger result. In order to share our experience, we will introduce our approach afterwards and we will make suggestions for us to improve. First, improve all levels of organizations, strengthen ideological leadership - the past should be
