目的构建军队医院中层领导胜任特征模型,对其进行验证性因子分析,为中层领导的选拔和培养提供指导。方法根据文献回顾和专家评判,共挑选出67项指标构成胜任特征调查问卷;对188份调查结果进行验证性因子分析。结果采用验证性因子分析表明,军队医院中层领导胜任特征包括管理理念、个体发展和能力3个因子,包括了事业心、创新能力、发展下属、团队意识等15项心理品质。结论该胜任特征结构方程模型各项拟合指标比较理想,基本概括了军队医院中层领导胜任特征要求,可用来指导军队医院中层领导的培养和选拔。
Objective To construct the mid-level leadership competency model of the military hospital, analyze its verification factor and provide guidance for the selection and training of mid-level leadership. Methods According to the literature review and expert judgment, a total of 67 indicators were selected to form the competency questionnaire; the confirmatory factor analysis was carried out on 188 survey results. The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that military hospital middle leadership competence characteristics include management philosophy, individual development and ability of three factors, including the career, innovation, subordinates, team awareness and other 15 psychological quality. Conclusions The fitting indexes of the structural equation model of competency are ideal, which basically summarizes the competency requirements of middle-level leadership in military hospitals and can be used to guide the training and selection of middle-level leaders in military hospitals.
