研究了工艺参数对挤压铸造ADC12合金力学性能的影响。通过对车门内板挤压铸造过程进行仿真分析,得出了不同浇注温度和模具温度下充型过程中的温度场分布。并据此设计了两组不同参数对工艺车门内板进行挤压铸造,并完成了产品的试制。通过拉伸试验、金相组织及能谱分析对铸件质量进行了评价。对比分析表明,在浇注温度为730℃、模具温度为310℃、压力为27MPa条件下,得到了α铝基体为细小等轴晶、力学性能和表面质量良好的铸件。
The effect of process parameters on the mechanical properties of squeeze cast ADC12 alloy was studied. Through the simulation analysis of extrusion process of door inner panel, the temperature distribution in filling process under different pouring temperature and mold temperature was obtained. Based on this, two sets of different parameters were designed to squeeze and cast the inner panel of the craft door and finished the trial manufacture of the product. The casting quality was evaluated by tensile test, microstructure and energy spectrum analysis. The comparative analysis shows that the α-Al matrix is a fine equiaxed crystal with good mechanical properties and good surface quality at a casting temperature of 730 ℃, a mold temperature of 310 ℃ and a pressure of 27 MPa.
