借助古今作家的文本资料和考古资料,浅析古罗马共和国中后期至帝国初期的饮食文化的发展,并且随着共和国及帝国时期的扩张,在饮食品种的不断更新,以及饮食中表现出来的各种习俗、等级观念、思想意识等等的改变,反映出当时古罗马社会的政治、经济、社会道德、文化意识的状况及发展变化。
With the texts and archaeological materials of ancient and modern writers, this paper analyzes the development of the dietary culture in the later period of the Republic of Rome until the beginning of the Empire. With the expansion of the Republic and the Empire, The change of customs, hierarchy, ideology and so on reflects the status and changes of politics, economy, social morals and cultural awareness in ancient Rome.
