100%低地板车技术由其环保、舒适、造价低等优点逐渐成为城市交通运输重点发展对象,本文主要针对100%低地板车的牵引传动系统。蠕滑也就是说轮对与钢轨在接触过程中出现的,传统形式上的刚性轮对由于具有一定的纵向蠕滑力而具有直道对中和曲线导向的能力。独立轮对转向架,不具有纵向蠕滑力,也不会产生相应的蛇行运动,在运行稳定性方面往往相对较高,而且借助较小的曲线半径,可以在一定程度上降低其地板高度,与传统轮对相比较更适合城市轻轨交通。然而,独立车轮由于失去了纵向蠕滑力矩转向功能,从而使自动对中能力以及曲线导向能力丧失,需要添加外界导向。
