Indirect immunofluorescence and immunoturbidimetry were used to detect 19 immunological indexes of hepatitis B patients. The results showed that CD%, CD / CD ratio were significantly different from those of normal controls (P <0.001, P <0.01, P <0.05). The CD + CD-CD results of AH group were significantly different from those of CAH and CPH group (P <0.01, P <0.05). B cells without group differences. The absolute number of PBL in the three groups was> 1200 / mm3. There was significant difference between the groups AH and CPH only (P <0.05). Compared with the normal group, Ig, C3 and C4 increased IgG (P <0.05) and C4 decreased (P <0.01). The levels of IgM in CAH and CPH group were higher than those in AH group, C4 was lower than AH group, and CAH was lower than that in CPH group, both of which were statistically significant. The results show that CD is the primary cause of liver cell damage in patients with hepatitis B immune factors.
