本文对La在Ni-20Cr-20Co-18W高温合金中的分布及其作用进行了研究.发现La主要富集在晶界上;La显著增加合金在1000℃,39MPa条件下的持久寿命和延伸率以及蠕变激活能.用热蚀刻方法测量了合金的晶界能,用测量电阻率随温度变化的方法测量了合金的空位形成能.从理论上阐述了La降低晶界能和提高空位形成能的作用是改善合金持久性能的主要原因.
In this paper, the distribution and the role of La in Ni-20Cr-20Co-18W superalloy were investigated, and it was found that La mainly enriched in the grain boundary. La significantly increased the long-term life and elongation of the alloy at 1000 ℃ and 39MPa And creep activation energy.The grain boundary energy of the alloy was measured by thermal etching method and the vacancy formation energy of the alloy was measured by measuring the change of resistivity with temperature.It is theoretically demonstrated that La can reduce the grain boundary energy and increase the vacancy formation energy The role is to improve the durability of the main reasons for the alloy.
