在抗生素选择压力等因素影响下,全球细菌耐药情况日益严峻。作为主要的临床耐药菌之一,耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)感染的发生率呈现逐年快速增长趋势。因此,在抗生素以外寻求其它MRSA感染的防治措施将具有重要的临床意义。本文将对机体免疫状态与MRSA的关系、尤其是巨噬细胞和粒细胞数量和功能在抗MRSA感染中的作用进行系统回顾,探索临床可能的、以免疫调节为目标的、针对MRSA感染的有效预防与治疗措施。
