主要研究了电热恒温75、65、45℃等3种不同温度处理对黄瓜种子萌发的影响,并采用发芽率、发芽势、株高、根冠比等指标对黄瓜种子发芽效果进行评价。结果表明:65℃下所有处理的发芽率和发芽势均比对照高,其中65℃(5 h)处理的发芽率和发芽势最高;75℃(15 h)和75℃(24 h)发芽率及发芽势均略高于对照;45℃下所有处理的发芽率和发芽势均比对照低。播种后不同温度处理的黄瓜幼苗长势存在差异,播种15 d后65、45℃下所有处理的株高均比对照高,其中65℃(24 h)处理的株高最高,75℃条件下所有处理的株高均低于对照。75、65、45℃处理的叶片长度和宽度均比对照大,其中65℃(24 h)处理的叶片长度和宽度最高,优势明显。
The effects of electric temperature 75, 65 and 45 ℃ on the germination of cucumber seeds were studied. The germination efficiency of cucumber seeds was evaluated by the germination rate, germination potential, plant height and root / shoot ratio.
