目的:探讨优质护理在冠心病护理中的应用效果。方法:选择2015年8月-2017年8月期间我院收治的冠心病患者70例为研究对象,均分为两组,对照组为常规护理,观察组为优质护理,对比两组护理情况。结果:观察组的心率、收缩压、住院时间低于对照组,观察组的生活质量、护理质量、满意度评分高于对照组。结论:优质护理在冠心病护理中的应用效果显著,症状和生活质量得到改善,提高了护理效果和满意度,值得应用。 Objective: To explore the effect of quality nursing in coronary heart disease nursing. Methods: Seventy patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to August 2017 were selected and divided into two groups. The control group was routine nursing, and the observation group was quality nursing. The nursing conditions of the two groups were compared. Results: The heart rate, systolic blood pressure and hospital stay in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The quality of life, quality of care and satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. Conclusion: The application of quality nursing in coronary heart disease care is remarkable, the symptoms and quality of life are improved, and the nursing effect and satisfaction are improved, so it is worth to apply.
