为了避免轧制过程中发生断带,不少不锈钢冷轧机组采用紧边轧制的方法,通过减小带钢边部变形量的方式减少边部缺陷的产生,但紧边轧制所产生的板型缺陷对后续的退火、平整、修磨、分切等工序及在制品和成品表面质量(表面缺陷)的影响十分显著,本文对此作出详细分析,并提出改进建议。
In order to avoid the occurrence of broken belt during the rolling process, many stainless steel cold-rolling mill adopts the method of tight-edge rolling to reduce the occurrence of edge defects by reducing the deformation of the edge of the strip steel. However, The effects of plate defects on the subsequent annealing, smoothing, grinding and slitting processes, as well as the surface quality (surface defects) of finished products and finished products are very significant. This paper analyzes in detail and puts forward suggestions for improvement.
