目的对不同临床标本微生物检验的阳性率结果进行对比分析。方法选取进行临床标本微生物检测样本共1 000份,其中呼吸道标本487份,血液标本216份,粪便标本150份,分泌物标本147份,对不同临床标本检查结果进行分析比较。结果对1 000份呼吸道标本、血培养标本、粪便标本以及尿液标本这几种不同的临床标本微生物检验,标本微生物检验的阳性率为22.2%。其中,呼吸道标本的阳性率为30.4%,血培养标本的阳性率为9.3%,粪便标本的阳性率为3.3%,尿液标本的阳性率为33.3%,其中,阳性率最高的为尿液标本,阳性率第2的为呼吸道标本,其次是血培养标本,阳性率最低的为粪便标本,不同标本之间的微生物检验阳性率之间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对不同的微生物检验的阳性率比较,可以了解当前流行疾病的情况,为临床疾病的诊断做出正确的判断,为临床治疗提供科学合理的依据,值得推广使用。
Objective To compare the positive rate of microbiological tests of different clinical specimens. Methods A total of 1 000 samples of clinical samples were selected for detection, including 487 respiratory samples, 216 blood samples, 150 stool samples and 147 excretion samples. The results of different clinical samples were analyzed and compared. Results A total of 1 000 samples of respiratory specimens, blood culture specimens, stool specimens and urine specimens were collected from different clinical specimens. The positive rate of specimen microorganism test was 22.2%. Conclusion According to the comparison of the positive rates of different microbiological tests, we can know the current epidemic situation, make the correct judgment for the diagnosis of clinical diseases and provide a scientific and reasonable basis for clinical treatment, which is worth promoting.
